THE PRACTICE
Hatha Yoga teaches us to govern the most precious and elusive energy we have: the breath, and with it the mind. Through postures (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama), the body becomes strong and flexible, the mind calm and present. You don't need to be flexible to begin. You only need to want to begin.
